Martin Stapleton will look for his fifth straight win on July 28th, as he takes on BKK Fighters’ Jason Cooledge in a lightweight bout at OMMAC 14.
Hot off a comeback victory over Shah Hussain at FCC 3, the TUF 9 competitor (8-1) hopes to render this scrap out of the judges' hands.
“I’ll fight whoever’s put in front of me,” noted the 155-pounder. “Colin Heron’s looked at the fight and he’s happy with it, so I’m happy with it.
“It’s a good opponent and a good match up. I’m going to try to finish him, whether by knockout, TKO or submission.
“OMMAC’s a good show, one of the biggest in the North West, and I can’t wait to be back on there.”
Cooledge (5-2) enters this contest high on confidence after submitting BAMMA veteran Lee Taylor in the first round at Shock ‘n’ Awe 11 last weekend.
